Getting Started with the Supplier Market

During this inception of the Supplier Market, various departments within Lightspeed decided which Industry we should focus on for the initial Public Launch of the service. Due to our long-standing relationship with many Suppliers within the Bike industry, we decided to pursue integrations with various Brands in that Industry.

Enabling the Supplier Market
As a Support Rep, your job will be to ensure that all Bike Retailers have access and support to the Supplier Market during this Beta Period. RAD Admins will be enabling the Module for all Bike Retailers prior to our launch date (Jan 4th, 2021), however, in the event a Retailer does not have access to the Supplier Market, you will be able to add the following Module to their account:

We anticipate some Bike Shops to require manual addition of this module, especially new Bike shops added post-release of the service.

You may also add this module to your Test accounts, however please review our Testing Guidelines for all Retailer Support!!
If you place an order to an integrated Supplier, your Order will be considered legitimate, and you will be held personally liable for the monetary value of ordered goods! Do not place orders to legitimate Suppliers.


Accessing the Supplier Market
The Supplier Market is nested under the "Inventory" tab of a Retail account. During the Beta period, the tile will have a blue Beta symbol attached.
Newly Integrated Suppliers will display on the landing page of the Supplier Market.
