Welcome to the Integrations Newsletter.

This newsletter will include all the updates, notes, Jiras and fixes that the Integrations team handles.

These integrations include:

RETAIL (#retail-loyal-support)

LOYAL-2629: Fixed the issues with Email duplication, and loss of design content.

LOYAL-3309: Applies to the merchants reporting lower email recipient counts. We have since changed our customer-facing Email Marketing help page to help explain this. More info here!

LOYAL-3345: Loyalty Admins are not able to receive SMS messages, due to a tag in the backend. If you have a customer that is saying SMS messages are not going through, please Slack #retail-loyal-support, so we can verify the SMS status.

RESTO (#resto-loyal-support)

Changed the reward redemption logic to discount-based, instead of payment based. Can be enabled as a feature flag in the partner portal, and set it to Internal. More info.
